Contact Information
We may ask for your full name, address, phone numbers, email addresses, those of your tenants if you are a Landlord or those of your Landlord if you are a tenant. This information is shared with our relevant Subcontractors and Employees via mobile phone, email and/or MyOffice Diary App, in order for them to know where you are and how to contact you should it be required.
Photos
We may take photos of the work before, during and after we have provided our service, any parts of the property we feel are pertinent to our work. The majority of these photos are stored on our secure office computer, though some are shared through social media platforms such as Instagram and Facebook, or on our website as examples of our work. We also share photos with our sister company's website www.plumbmintos.com. These photos never identify the customer or the property, and you are able to request they be taken down at any time.
Records of Work
We keep detailed records of any work we have carried out at your property, along with any monies we have taken from you and of goods we have supplied to you. We do not keep any bank details whatsoever. We may keep records of our correspondence with you whether it is notes from telephone conversations, or texts, WhatsApp exchanges, emails or other. We also keep relevant photos of our work and surrounding areas. This helps us recall all relevant information to your property and the work which we have done there, or plan to do.

Why do We Collect This Information and For How Long Will We Keep It
We collect this information in order to meet all your needs as a customer of Plumbminto’s and to provide you with a comprehensive service.
We use it to create a contract with you, to comply with HMRC and to show off the work we are proud of. We use it to register your Boilers for their Warranties, and with Gas Safe to comply with regulations.
We keep all this information on file for the duration of our relationship with you.
